How to Create and Manage Packages

Packages are the client-facing offers you sell through TalleFlow.

A package combines:

  • items

  • pricing

  • add-ons

  • online checkout behavior

Packages can be used in:

  • direct booking links

  • embedded website buttons

  • brochures

  • client portal experiences

Navigate to Packages

Go to:

Offerings β†’ Packages

Then click:

New Package

Package Overview

Inside a package you can configure:

  • package name

  • description

  • cover image

  • pricing structure

  • line items

  • add-ons

  • direct online checkout settings

Pricing Packages

Packages can:

  • total individual item pricing

  • or use a fixed package price

This allows flexibility for:

  • bundled services

  • flat-rate offers

  • hourly experiences

Line Items

The Line Items section allows you to:

  • add existing items

  • create new items

  • configure quantities and pricing

Items are pulled from:

Add-ons

Add-ons are optional services clients can select during inquiry or checkout.

Examples:

  • Extra Hour

  • Audio Guestbook

  • Additional Prints

Add-ons help increase booking value while keeping your core package simple.

Direct Online Checkout Settings

Each package contains:

Direct Online Checkout Settings

This section controls how the package behaves online.

From here you can:

  • generate booking links

  • create website embed buttons

  • configure online booking behavior

  • include additional packages in checkout flows

Specific Packages

The:

Specific Packages section

allows you to dynamically include additional packages inside the generated booking flow.

This makes it possible to:

  • upsell related services

  • present multiple package options

  • avoid duplicating package configurations

Booking URL Requirement

Before checkout links can generate, you must configure your business slug.

Navigate to:

Business Settings β†’ Brand Settings

Without a configured slug:

  • links will not generate properly

Packages Inside Brochures

Packages can also be embedded directly into brochures using the:

Packages Tool

This allows brochures to become interactive booking experiences.

Best Practices

  • Keep packages focused and easy to understand

  • Use add-ons for upsells

  • Reuse items instead of duplicating services

  • Configure checkout behavior before sharing links
