🚀 How to Create a Brochure

Brochures in TalleFlow are interactive client-facing documents that can be used to:

  • showcase services

  • present packages

  • collect inquiries

  • guide clients through booking experiences

Unlike static PDFs, brochures can include interactive package selection, add-ons, and direct online checkout functionality.

Creating a Brochure

Go to:

Documents

from the main navigation.

Step 2: Create a New Document

Step 3: Choose Template or File

You can create:

Template

Reusable brochure layouts that can be used across multiple projects or clients.

File

Use templates when building repeatable sales experiences.
Use files when customizing for an individual client.

✨ Building Your Brochure

Once the editor opens, you can build your brochure using drag-and-drop content blocks.

Available blocks include:

  • headings

  • paragraphs

  • images

  • videos

  • buttons

  • columns

  • HTML embeds

  • package selection experiences

Your brochure can be:

  • informational

  • interactive

  • inquiry-based

  • checkout-enabled

depending on how you configure it.

🎨 Customizing Your Brochure

Layout & Design

You can:

  • drag in content blocks

  • upload images and logos

  • create galleries and columns

  • customize fonts and colors

  • add CTA buttons and links

Brochures are mobile responsive automatically.

Content Controls

You can:

  • format text using the rich text editor

  • add buttons linking to websites or booking pages

  • personalize sections using variables

  • reuse layouts through templates

📦 Using the Packages Tool

One of the most powerful brochure features is the:

Packages Tool

The Packages Tool allows clients to:

  • browse packages

  • select services

  • choose add-ons

  • continue through inquiry or checkout flows

directly inside the brochure.

This transforms brochures from static presentations into interactive booking experiences.

Adding the Packages Tool

Inside the editor:

  1. Open the Content tab

  2. Drag the:

Packages

block into the brochure layout

When first added, the block will appear empty until packages are selected.

Selecting Packages

Inside the Packages block settings panel, you can:

  • search for packages

  • add one or multiple packages

  • attach service add-ons

  • configure display behavior

Packages are pulled from:

Offerings → Packages

You must create packages before they can be used inside brochures.

Single vs Multiple Package Mode

The Packages Tool supports:

Single Package Mode

Display one package at a time.

Multiple Package Mode

Allow clients to compare and select between multiple packages inside the same brochure experience.

This is controlled using:

Multiple Packages

inside the Packages block settings.

Package Selection Experience

The Packages Tool supports interactive selection behavior.

Clients can:

  • select packages

  • review pricing

  • choose add-ons

  • proceed to inquiry or checkout

depending on how the package is configured.

Package Design Controls

The Packages Tool includes built-in styling controls for:

  • package background

  • text colors

  • borders

  • selection states

  • checkbox accents

  • font (choose the font used for package text, instead of the tool's previous fixed default)

  • spacing and padding

This allows the package experience to visually match your brand and brochure design, including matching your brand fonts.

Checkout & Inquiry Behavior

Packages inside brochures inherit their behavior from the package configuration.

This means packages can support:

  • inquiry-only flows

  • direct checkout flows

  • mixed checkout + proposal flows

Example:
A client may:

  • request a proposal for one service

  • immediately pay for another

inside the same brochure.

Mixed Checkout + Proposal Flows

If a brochure contains both:

  • checkout-enabled packages

  • proposal-only packages

the system automatically handles both actions.

The client experience becomes:

  1. Submit proposal request for applicable services

  2. Continue to checkout for eligible services

  3. Complete payment

  4. Receive confirmation

This allows businesses to mix:

  • instant booking

  • custom sales workflows

inside the same brochure experience.

💡 Best Practices

Use brochures for storytelling

Brochures work best when combining:

  • visuals

  • package presentation

  • client education

  • interactive booking

Use packages for conversion

Add package selection directly inside brochures to:

  • simplify booking

  • increase upsells

  • reduce back-and-forth communication

Keep layouts clean

Avoid overwhelming clients with too many package choices at once.

Use add-ons strategically

Add-ons are a great way to increase booking value without complicating your core package structure.
