Understanding Direct Online Checkout in TalleFlow

TalleFlow’s Direct Online Checkout system allows you to turn your packages into interactive online booking experiences.

Written by Vaasu Guduguntla

Instead of manually collecting inquiries and building proposals from scratch each time, you can:

  • share packages online

  • allow clients to select services and add-ons

  • collect inquiries

  • or accept payments directly

Direct Online Checkout works across:

  • direct booking links

  • embedded website buttons

  • brochures

  • client portal experiences

The checkout experience is powered by your:

  • Items

  • Packages

  • Checkout Settings

  • Brochure package blocks

How the System Works

At a high level:

1. Create Items

Items are the individual services or charges you sell.

Examples:

  • Extra Hour

  • Setup Fee

  • Prints

  • Roaming Booth

2. Build Packages

Packages combine items into client-facing offers.

Examples:

  • Wedding Package

  • Corporate Booth Experience

  • Brand Activation Package

Packages contain:

  • line items

  • add-ons

  • pricing

  • online checkout settings

3. Configure Checkout Behavior

Inside each package, you can configure:

  • inquiry vs checkout behavior

  • pricing visibility

  • online booking settings

  • package selection behavior

4. Share the Experience

Packages can be shared through:

  • direct checkout links

  • embedded website buttons

  • brochures

  • client portals

Clients can then:

  • browse packages

  • select add-ons

  • answer questions

  • submit inquiries

  • or complete checkout

depending on how the package is configured.

Website Embed Buttons

TalleFlow generates HTML button snippets that can be added directly to your website.

This allows visitors to click:

Book Now

and launch your configured booking experience instantly.

Booking URL Requirement

Before checkout links can generate, you must configure your business slug.

Navigate to:

Business Settings → Brand Settings

Without a configured slug:

  • checkout links will not generate

  • embed buttons will not function correctly

Using Packages Inside Brochures

Packages can also be embedded directly inside brochure documents using the:

Packages Tool

This allows brochures to become interactive booking experiences instead of static PDFs.
