Using Packages Inside Brochures

TalleFlow brochures are interactive client-facing documents that can include selectable packages directly inside the experience.

Instead of sending static PDFs, brochures can become:

  • guided sales experiences

  • interactive package selectors

  • inquiry funnels

  • direct booking flows

This is powered by the:

Packages Tool

inside the brochure editor.

What the Packages Tool Does

The Packages Tool allows you to:

  • visually display packages

  • allow package selection

  • show add-ons

  • support inquiry and checkout behavior

Packages inside brochures use the same package system configured in:

How to Add Packages to a Brochure

Inside the brochure editor:

  1. Open your brochure document

  2. Add the Packages Tool block

  3. Select which packages to display

  4. Configure layout and presentation

  5. Publish or send the brochure

Client Experience

When a client opens the brochure, they can:

  • browse package options

  • select services

  • choose add-ons

  • answer questions

  • continue through inquiry or checkout

depending on how the packages are configured.

Brochures vs Direct Checkout Links

Direct Checkout Links

Best for:

  • quick booking flows

  • website embeds

  • fast conversion

Brochures

Best for:

  • storytelling

  • premium presentations

  • custom proposals

  • guided inquiry experiences

Both use the same underlying:

  • items

  • packages

  • checkout logic

but present them differently.

Mixed Inquiry and Checkout Flows

Brochures support:

  • inquiry-only packages

  • checkout-enabled packages

  • mixed flows

This means a client can:

  • request proposals for some services

  • immediately check out for others

inside the same brochure experience.

Important Notes

  • Packages must be configured before they can be used in brochures

  • Checkout links require a configured business slug

  • Brochures inherit package behavior from package settings

Recommended Workflow

  1. Create Items

  2. Build Packages

  3. Configure Checkout Settings

  4. Add Packages to Brochure
