ConnectTeams Integration

The ConnectTeams integration helps you keep your team in sync between TalleFlow and Connecteam

What This Integration Does

When you connect your Connecteam account to TalleFlow, you can:

  • Import employees from Connecteam as TalleFlow team members

  • Invite your existing employees into your TalleFlow workspace

  • Automatically keep your team list updated if employees are added or removed in Connecteam

  • Reduce manual admin work and avoid duplicate team management across platforms

Perfect for growing teams that want operations to stay clean and organized without extra effort.

How to Connect ConnectTeams

  1. Open TalleFlow

  2. Go to Business Settings

  3. Click Connected Tools

  4. Find ConnectTeams

  5. Click Connect

  6. Sign in to your ConnectTeams account and authorize access

Once connected, TalleFlow will be able to sync your employee data securely.

Syncing Team Members

After authentication, youโ€™ll have the ability to:

  • Push employees from ConnectTeams into TalleFlow

  • Invite synced employees as team members

  • Automatically reflect updates made in ConnectTeams

Examples of updates that can sync:

  • New employees added

  • Employees removed

  • Employee information changes

This helps ensure your TalleFlow workspace always reflects your active team structure.

Important Notes

  • The integration is managed at the business level

  • Only authorized business users can connect or manage the integration

  • Employees imported from ConnectTeams can still have permissions and access managed directly inside TalleFlow

  • Automatic sync behavior depends on the integration being actively connected
