🎨 Creating a Contact Form
Steps to Build:
Go to Contact Forms > Create Contact Form
Choose Start From Scratch or From Existing Design
Drag and drop the Form block into your layout
Start adding questions by choosing or creating fields
🧩 Available Fields (Drag-and-Drop)
TalleFlow’s form tool supports all essential inputs:
Field Type | Purpose |
Collect contact email (required by default) | |
First Name | First name of the client/lead |
Last Name | Last name of the client/lead |
Phone Number | For follow-up calls or texts |
Project Date | The date of the project, service, event etc. This helps you visualize and figure out your schedule. |
Project Description | This is the description and details of the project. |
Project Type | This allows you to categorize what kinjd of project it is. This maps directly to your project where you can filter, set automations and more. |
🛠️ Add Custom Fields
Click on the Form block
In the properties panel, go to Fields > Select… > Add New Field
Define:
Field Name (used internally by TalleFlow)
Field Label (what the client sees)
Placeholder Text (example text in the input)
Required Field toggle
Match form colors to your branding using the styling panel
🌍 Embedding & Publishing
Once your form is built:
Click the ⋮ menu (3 dots) in the top-right corner
Choose “Embed” to generate an HTML embed code
Paste it into your website
